Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy 

Welcome to Greenleaf Hotel – Long Beach Convention Center. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and privacy guidelines. Please review them carefully to ensure a seamless experience during your stay.  

Reservation Deposit  
A deposit of $150 will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. If the credit card on file is declined, the reservation will beautomatically canceled.  

Offsite Parking  
Parking is offsite and available for an additional cost of $20 (cash only) at the time of check-in. Parking is limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and is not guaranteed. The parking lot is located approximately 800 feet away (a 3-5 minute walk).  

Bike/Scooter Valet 
A mandatory Bike/Scooter Valet Fee of $15 (exclusive of taxes) will apply.  

Children and Extra Beds  
- Children of all ages are welcome.  
- One child (up to 2 years old) may stay free of charge using existing bedding when staying with a parent or guardian.  
- We do not offer extra/rollaway beds or cribs.  
- Maximum occupancy for all room types is 2 adults, with an additional allowance for 1 child or adult (age 3 and up) for a total of 3 guests. Additional guests aged 3 years and older are subject to a charge of $35 plus tax per person, per night.  

Pets  
We do not allow pets at Greenleaf Hotel – Long Beach Convention Center. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.  

Accepted Payment Methods 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit card prior to arrival. Cash payments are not accepted.  

Cancellation Policy  
- For NON-REFUNDABLE rate plans, NO REFUNDS will be issued, including for illness or injury.  
- For standard rate plans, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival unless otherwise specified.  
- For NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, we offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations after booking.  

Maximum Stay  
Guests may stay for a maximum of 20 days and must check out afterward.  

Check-In and Check-Out 
- Check-in: 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM  
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM  
- Late check-in is subject to availability.  

Special Check-In Instructions  
Guests will be greeted by the front desk upon arrival. If you plan to arrive after 3:00 PM, please contact the hotel in advance using the contact information on your booking confirmation.  

Important Information  
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidentals.  
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.  
- The name on the credit card used for payment at check-in must match the primary name on the reservation.  
- This property does not have elevators.  

Guest Policy  
- Only registered guests are permitted in guestrooms.  
- The hotel is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities.  

Safety Features  
For your safety, the property is equipped with smoke detectors in all rooms and common areas.
