Our newly renovated hotel is the first Long Beach Hotel to blend style and affordability. This historic jewel is located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, has been known as the Greenleaf Hotel since the 1920’s. It was one of the first property that opened here in Downtown Long Beach and has been preserved since it was built.

Monday - Thursday: $15
Friday - Sunday: $20
For Non Guests:
Monday- Sunday $20
Cruisers Park and Stay after checkout:
Monday- Sunday: $15
Guests or Non Guests: $225
Event Parking Dates:
All: $25- $40nightly (Please call to find out event dates)
Fine Print: All parking is non-refundable and is cash only. No discounts are permitted under no circumstances (unless manager approval or group booking over 15 rooms). Monthly Parkers are given an option of card payments but a 7.5% transaction fee will be taken.
The Greenleaf Hotel was initially built in 1925. The hotel has since been preserved and has no elevators and is not wheelchair accessible, and has no on-site parking to offer. Hotel entry and Guest rooms are on the first and second floors and accessed by stairs only. All guest rooms are not wheelchair accessible. It is not technically feasible to make the hotel accessible to those potential patrons requiring wheelchairs. We can accommodate the hearing impaired, and we will seek to accommodate other needs.
