Our newly renovated hotel is the first Long Beach Hotel to blend style and affordability. This historic jewel is located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, has been known as the Greenleaf Hotel since the 1920’s. It was one of the first property that opened here in Downtown Long Beach and has been preserved since it was built.
Location
We are situated in the heart of Downtown Long Beach with many attractions and entertainment. We are less than 5 minute walk away from the beach and less than 15 minute walk from the convention center and the Pike outlets. For more information and entertainment near by click on "Area Guide" above.

We are happy to inform you that Greenleaf Hotel has their own personal PAID parking. Parking Prices are listed as below:
For Guests:
Monday - Thursday: $20
Friday - Sunday: $20
For Non Guests:
Monday- Sunday $25
Cruisers Park and Stay after checkout:
Monday- Sunday: $20
Monthly:
Guests Only: $225
Event Parking Dates:
All: $25- $40nightly (Please call to find out event dates eg. Grand Prix)
Fine Print: All parking is non-refundable and is cash only. No discounts are permitted under no circumstances (unless manager approval or group booking over 15 rooms). Monthly Parkers are given an option of card payments but a 7.5% transaction fee will be taken.
Hotel Accessibility

The Greenleaf Hotel was initially built in 1925. The hotel has since been preserved and has no elevators and is not wheelchair accessible, and has no on-site parking to offer. Hotel entry and Guest rooms are on the first and second floors and accessed by stairs only. All guest rooms are not wheelchair accessible. It is not technically feasible to make the hotel accessible to those potential patrons requiring wheelchairs. We can accommodate the hearing impaired, and we will seek to accommodate other needs.
